Our total liability in any single claim is limited to the value of the service provided. We do not accept liability for:
- Pre-existing structural damage or defects
- Damage caused by the pest infestation itself
- Recurrence caused by new entry points or neighbouring infestations
- Loss arising from failure to follow our treatment instructions
Nothing in this statement excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under English law.
