Our Supply Chains
Our supply chains consist primarily of UK-based suppliers of pest control products, chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE). We source from companies that implement all requirements with regard to the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We have reviewed our suppliers' websites and publicly available statements to confirm that appropriate measures are in place to prevent modern slavery within their own operations and supply chains. We are committed to maintaining an ongoing and open dialogue with our suppliers and will continue to seek confirmations over time.
Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our approach reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
We encourage all directors, staff, and contractors to report any wrongdoing, including human rights violations such as modern slavery. Concerns can be reported confidentially to a director at info@apex-pest-control.co.uk.

Supplier Adherence to Our Values
We have a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking and expect all suppliers and contractors to uphold the same values. We will not conduct business knowingly with anyone engaged in slavery and human trafficking practices, nor knowingly permit them to be carried out in any part of our business.
We have investigated our suppliers via their websites and publicly available Modern Slavery statements to ensure the required measures are in place. We will continue to seek ongoing confirmations and maintain open dialogue with our supply chain.

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking across our business, awareness is provided to all directors and staff as part of onboarding and is reviewed annually.
